One of the beauties at Ra Bar + Loft, Gia Sinatra started doing hair in high school. She credits her success with being a YES person and tells us “The times I wanted to say No, but said YES, have led me to the best opportunities!!” This Babe Boss always carries chapstick in her purse and starts each day with a workout. We caught up with Gia to ask her for the inside scoop on on lust-worthy locks and this is what she told us:
- Invest in Shampoo + Conditioner! Go to a salon or professional beauty store and look for something sulfate and paraben free.
- Moisturize! Try to do masks or oil treatments every other week,
- Don’t shampoo every day. When you wash your hair every day you never allow your hair to soak up the natural oils you produce. If you have very fine or oily hair and wash every day try skipping a day and rocking a top knot or high pony tail in between washes. It’s cute and easy to do!
4. Regular Trims. A lot of us love our long hair, but scraggly hair isn’t cute. You should be going to get trims every 6-8 weeks. It’s good to at lease trim off your dead ends. When your hair starts to split it continues to split up.
